Personal Run & Strength Coaching
We begin with your 15–30 minute consultation call - the first step in building a training plan that fits seamlessly into your life. This session goes beyond just mileage and pacing—we take a holistic approach to your running journey, ensuring your training is tailored to your unique lifestyle, goals, and commitments.
Personalized Training Program
Your training will be delivered through the VDOT Athlete platform, with plans released in two-week blocks and up to two adjustments available in each four-week cycle. You’ll also receive basic fueling guidance to support both your training and race day.
Monthly Team Coaching Calls
60-minute Zoom sessions covering training topics, featuring special guest speakers.
Community Access & Exclusive Discounts
Private WhatsApp Group
You’ll have access to the RWA Community of athletes via the WhatsApp platform with exclusive content and community support. We’ll also regularly review running gait videos to provide specific cues for efficiency and injury prevention.
