Personal Run & Strength Coaching

We begin with your 15–30 minute consultation call - the first step in building a training plan that fits seamlessly into your life. This session goes beyond just mileage and pacing—we take a holistic approach to your running journey, ensuring your training is tailored to your unique lifestyle, goals, and commitments.

Training Program

Your training plan will be delivered in 2‑week blocks through the VDOT Athlete platform, with up to 4 adjustments available every 4‑week training cycle.

Running & Strength Program

This custom program will be designed to complement your previous and current training, with the goal of enhancing performance and remaining injury free. It includes individualized routines for strength, plyometrics, and mobility to support efficient, resilient running.

Coaching Check-Ins

Schedule direct coaching calls to get guidance, review your progress, and adjust your plan as needed, including 15–30 minute FaceTime coaching calls every four‑week training block for deeper check‑ins. We’ll talk about how you’re feeling, what’s working, what isn’t, and where to make changes. You’ll also have unlimited in‑app messaging through V.DOT or email with a guaranteed 6–12 hour response time, plus feedback on key workouts and sessions in the V.DOT app within 6–12 hours after you complete them.

Race & Pacing Strategy

Expert guidance for race‑day execution, including time trials, pacing strategy, and specific mindset coaching for race‑day visualization, goal setting, and stress management so you can show up confident and prepared.

Fueling & Nutrition Support

Ongoing advice tailored for endurance and peak performance, with individualized fueling guidance for training and race day. You’ll receive multiple “practice” fueling plans for long runs and race day to fine‑tune carbohydrate and electrolyte intake, along with real‑time feedback on meals around runs and fueling during runs and races via WhatsApp, text, or the V.DOT app.

Race & Key Workout Scheduling

We’ll consult on which races to target, how to structure training around key events, and how to schedule workouts around travel and other obligations so they align with your training demands. This includes creating customized running routes for your specific hometown or business travel locations. You’ll also receive holistic health tracking guidance, including recovery, sleep, fueling, work, and life stressors, so your training supports your whole life—not just your race calendar.

You’ll have access to the RWA Community of athletes via the WhatsApp platform with exclusive content and community support. We’ll also regularly review running gait videos to provide specific cues for efficiency and injury prevention.
