Running Technique 60-Minute Session
Take your running to the next level with a personalized technique session designed to improve your form, efficiency, and overall performance. Sessions are available in-person at Ski Beach Park, San Diego or virtually on Zoom.
Each 60-minute session includes:
1. Warm-Up Guidance
Learn proper warm-up techniques to prepare your muscles and joints for a safe, efficient run.
2. Video Analysis
Your running form will be recorded and reviewed from multiple angles. You’ll receive visual and written feedback with clear, actionable steps for improvement.
3. Footwear Assessment
We’ll evaluate your current running shoes for fit, gait, and suitability—and provide recommendations or adjustments via email if needed.
4. Biomechanical Analysis
An in-depth look at posture, stride length, cadence, and foot strike to identify imbalances or inefficiencies that may impact performance or cause injury.
5. Drills and Exercises
Targeted drills to improve cadence, form, and muscle strength, helping you build a stronger, more efficient stride.
6. Ongoing Feedback
You’ll also receive a 15-minute 1:1 follow-up call on Zoom to review progress, ask questions, and get additional guidance.
