Meet Coach Alli

Alli Felsenthal is a certified run coach, lifelong athlete, and passionate advocate for helping runners feel strong, confident, and capable—on and off the road. With years of experience coaching athletes of all levels, she’s known for her practical, no-fluff training strategies, deep understanding of mindset, and her supportive, real-talk approach.

Meet Coach Shikha

Shikha is a postpartum running specialist who ran a sub-4-hour marathon at the Venice Marathon in 2024 before welcoming her baby, Isandro. Like many adult runners, she initially entered the sport without a strong strength-training foundation, which affected her ability to run longer distances and feel good while doing so. Over time, she transformed her approach, prioritizing strength training and running mechanics, which completely changed her durability, performance, and confidence as a runner.

She is now getting back into shape postpartum, diligently focusing on strength work and running technique, and is currently training for the Geneva Marathon. Shikha is a UESCA-certified running coach and has been coached by Coach Alli for the past five years.

Today, Shikha is deeply committed to helping athletes fine-tune their running, improve race times, and continue running strong and injury-free. Outside of coaching and being a mama, she enjoys making pastries and baking of all kinds, as well as gallivanting around London with her husband, Orlando.
