Running Technique Small Group In-Person
A small-group, RWA in-person running technique session is a hands-on, coach-led experience designed to help runners move more efficiently, feel smoother at all paces, and reduce injury risk. The session begins with a dynamic warm-up and mobility work to activate key muscles and prepare the body to run well, followed by running drills that teach proper mechanics like posture, arm swing, foot strike, and cadence. From there, the running stride is broken down piece by piece, focusing on tall posture, relaxed and effective arm drive, efficient leg turnover, and quick ground contact, so runners can better understand how their body moves and how small adjustments can make a big difference! Athletes then apply these cues during short running segments and strides, receiving real-time, individualized feedback in a supportive group setting. The session wraps up with clear takeaways and simple form cues runners can carry into their everyday training, helping them run stronger, smoother, and with more confidence.
